Description:ESVBA is seeking a qualified firm to perform individual customer premise installations and splicing operations.
Amendment/Cancellation Information:Addendum #2 to update main bid with a pricing field that was missed. There are now two addendum documents that MUST be signed as well as the requirements within the main bid body. Addendum #1 is attached and REQUIRED to be signed by bidders to be considered responsive. We have also updated the bid document itself to include a correction to table #4 on page 34 adding an item as well as updating/adding figures 2-3 and tables 6-7 to add more clarity to the application of pricing elements.
